Terms & Conditions – Pawfect Strolls

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our services and Website. By booking with us, you agree to these Terms. If you disagree with any part of them, please do not use our services.

2. Services Offered

Pawfect Strolls provides:

  • Dog walking (individual or group)

  • Pet check-ins

  • Doggy Daycare

Services are subject to availability and weather/safety conditions.

3. Client Responsibilities

By booking a service, you confirm:

  • Your dog is fully vaccinated and microchipped (unless medically exempt)

  • Your dog is friendly with other dogs and humans, or you’ve requested solo walks

  • Any behavioural or health issues have been disclosed in advance

  • You have suitable equipment for safe walking (e.g. harness, lead, tags)

You agree to notify us promptly of any changes to your pet’s behaviour, health, or routine.

4. Bookings & Cancellations

  • Bookings must be confirmed via our booking platform, email, or phone

  • Cancellations within 24 hours (dog walking, day care & drop ins)) may be charged at 50%

  • cancellations within 5 days or more (dog boarding) may be charged at 50%

  • Same-day cancellations may be charged at full price, unless due to an emergency

5. Payment Terms

  • Payments are done by invoice and to be paid in full by the date due on the invoice, unless otherwise agreed

  • We accept payment by bank transfer or direct debit via approved third-party services

  • Late payments may incur a small administrative fee after 7 days

6. Access & Security

  • You agree to provide access to your property as required for dog collection/drop-off

  • Keys and codes are stored securely and never labelled with identifiable personal info

  • You must notify us immediately if any access details change

7. Emergencies & Liability

In case of emergency:

  • We will contact you and/or your vet immediately

  • If unreachable, you authorise us to seek veterinary care at your expense

  • We carry public liability insurance, but are not liable for pre-existing conditions or incidents caused by undisclosed behaviour or health issues

8. Cancellations by Us

We reserve the right to cancel or postpone services due to:

  • Severe weather, illness, or safety concerns

  • Dog aggression or behaviour that endangers others

  • Unpaid or overdue accounts

You will be notified and refunded (if applicable) in such cases.

9. Photography & Social Media

We may take photos of your pet during services to share on our social media (no personal details are shared). You can opt out at any time by notifying us.

10. Data Protection

We handle your personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data and only collect what’s needed to perform our services.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in local courts.
